Juventus have turned their attention to Unai Simón in their search for a new goalkeeper, with the Spain World Cup winner emerging as a surprise option.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, citing Rai Sport, the Bianconeri are ready to test the water for the Athletic Club keeper in the coming hours, with his valuation put at around €25m.
A new goalkeeper has been one of Juventus’s priorities all summer, and the unconvincing pre-season showings of Michele Di Gregorio have only sharpened the club’s desire to accelerate.

He adds to a lengthening list of names Juventus have considered, from Zion Suzuki, now bound for PSG, to Tottenham’s Guglielmo Vicario and Freiburg’s Noah Atubolu.
Landing him, however, would be no simple task. A one-club man and academy product at Athletic, where he recently renewed without a release clause, Simón will not be easy to prise from Bilbao, making this an ambitious move even by the standards of a busy Juventus window.
