Norwich are expected to line up in their usual 4-2-3-1, with Angus Gunn in goal and a back four of Kellen Fisher, Shane Duffy, Jose Cordoba and Demeaco Duhaney. The double pivot of Kenny McLean and Sam Field is the engine room — McLean the metronome, Field the ball-winner. Ahead of them, Borja Sainz, Marcelino Nunez and Oscar Schwartau will float between the lines, with Jovon Makama leading the line. That is a front four with real invention; Sainz can knife through a low block, Nunez pulls the strings from deep, and Schwartau's movement off the shoulder is a nightmare for centre-backs. West Brom, also in a 4-2-3-1, will look to sit in a compact shape and hit on the break. They have the physicality to compete, but their midfield will be stretched by Norwich's rotation. The key battle will be in the half-spaces — if Sainz and Schwartau get on the ball between the lines, West Brom's double pivot will be dragged out of shape, and the space in behind will open up. Set pieces could be a factor too: Duffy is a threat from corners, and Norwich have been second-ball merchants all season. Expect Norwich to dominate possession, but West Brom will try to stay in the game and nick something on the counter.
